Delivery Information
Your PerfumEra order will be delivered to your selected Omniva parcel locker. We prepare orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the selected parcel locker and destination country.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver across the Baltics:
- Latvia
- Estonia
- Lithuania
All orders are delivered to your selected Omniva parcel locker. Available parcel lockers and delivery options are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Preparation
We prepare your order for dispatch within 1–2 business days after your order has been placed.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next business day.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on the selected Omniva parcel locker and destination country.
Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive delivery information and tracking details, if available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if available.
If your parcel is delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking link from your confirmation email.
Receiving Your Parcel
When your parcel arrives at the selected Omniva parcel locker, you will receive a notification with collection instructions.
Please make sure that your phone number and email address are entered correctly at checkout so that delivery notifications can reach you without delay.
