Return and Refund 

Welcome to Perfumera.lv – a place where fragrance meets feeling. Our aim is to offer you a refined shopping experience. If for any reason you wish to return a product, we have created a clear, respectful, and understandable return policy.

⏳ Return Period
You may return your purchased product within 30 days of receiving it.

📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be unused and undamaged,
- be in its original packaging with all labels intact,
- include a valid proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you:
- a return shipping label (if applicable),
- detailed return instructions.

❗ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

❗️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

🚫 Non-returnable Items
To ensure quality and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return:
- personalized or custom-made products,
- opened cosmetic or hygiene items (including perfumes),
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,
- sale items,
- gift cards.

🔁 Exchanges
If you wish to receive a different product:
1. Return the current item;
2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels attached and proof of purchase included.

💰 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
