Terms of Service (EN)

1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on the website www.perfumera.lv, regardless of whether the order is placed online, by phone, or by any other means.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms of Service.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version applicable to the Buyer is the one in force at the time of order placement.
2. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
2.1. A purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded when the Seller confirms the order and sends an order confirmation to the Buyer’s provided email address.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right to limit order quantities (for example, during promotional campaigns) and to refuse or cancel orders for justified reasons, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
2.3. Order data and the applicable version of these Terms are stored for 6 years in accordance with accounting and legal requirements.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Termination of Agreement
3.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation.
3.2. In addition, the Seller offers a voluntary extended return period of up to 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal or return, the Buyer must submit a clear statement by email to: info@perfumera.lv.
3.4. Refunds are issued within 14 days after the Seller receives the returned goods, including any complimentary gifts provided with the order, if applicable.
3.5. Returns are not accepted for opened products for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to opened perfumes or cosmetic products.
4. Complaints and Warranty
4.1. If the product does not conform to the contract, the Buyer has the right to request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the purchase agreement, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
4.2. The Seller is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years from the date of delivery.
4.3. Complaints must be submitted in writing by email to info@perfumera.lv. The Seller will provide a response within 30 days.
5. Payments and Delivery
5.1. The Buyer may choose from the available payment and delivery options displayed on the website at the time of checkout.
5.2. All applicable fees and delivery costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
5.3. For card payments, the payment is processed at the moment the order is confirmed.
6. Discount Codes and Gift Cards
6.1. The Seller may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes, and gift cards under specific conditions.
6.2. Discount codes may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. If the value of a gift card exceeds the total order amount, the remaining balance is non-refundable.
7. Samples
7.1. The Seller may include complimentary samples for promotional purposes.
7.2. Complimentary samples are not considered part of the purchase contract, and complaints regarding samples are not accepted.
8. Prices
8.1. All prices displayed on the website are final prices in EUR.
8.2. SIA PERFUMERA is not a VAT payer, therefore value added tax (VAT) is not applied to prices.
9. Dispute Resolution and Final Provisions
9.1. The purchase agreement is concluded in the Latvian language and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
9.2. The Buyer has the right to contact ECC Latvia or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

9.3. Invoices are issued electronically unless otherwise requested by the Buyer.
